Firecracker Sauce: Combine all ingredients except salmon in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Rinse steaks and pat dry. Place on oiled grill about 4 inches from medium heat. Grill about 5 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with sauce.
Note: Salmon is done when meat flakes easily and is evenly colored. It will continue to cook for a few minutes after it is removed from the grill.
