Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad

Instructions
Grill the Salmon
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Coat the top of the California King Salmon fillets with a light layer of oil.
- Oil the grill grates.
- Grill the salmon for 3 to 6 minutes per side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and allow it to cool.
- Break the salmon into chunks once cool enough to handle.
- Refrigerate if preparing ahead of time.
Preparation of Romaine
- Cut each romaine heart in half lengthwise.
- Brush the cut sides and leaves lightly with Caesar dressing.
- Place the romaine on the grill cut-side down.
- Grill for about 2 minutes until lightly charred.
- Remove from the grill.
- Transfer to serving plates or a serving platter.
Assemble the Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad
- Sprinkle with avocado, tomato, cheese and croutons
- Top with grilled salmon chunks
- Serve immediately with additional dressing
